Property Walkthrough


At the request of the Property Manager, a walkthrough of the property can be scheduled with your New Way Account Manager.  During this walkthrough, all items in the scope of the landscaping contract are addressed as well as any other items that require a proposal of work to be submitted.

New Way provides its customers a breakdown of items on each walk.

This helps New Way keep track of the specific needs of the property on a monthly basis.
