Our Vision 

Each Employee has a critical function to fulfill in bringing the vision of this business to the customer.  Our education initiative teaches to the job description and uses a practical and focused approach - learning rolls downhill.



Who Runs the New Way University?

Regional Branch Manager, Mike Wengeler, developed New Way University from the ground up back in 2004.


As a result of his hard work and dedication New Way was able to start implementing many of the programs guidelines.  One of which is where employees are offered a tuition reimbursement program for all education and training programs related to their job.  We provide on-site safety and formal training programs in all areas of landscape maintenance.  Our goal is to help our gardener 1’s and up, achieve training through on-site learning coupled with outside education, to elevate their knowledge, thus moving them into the next position up.


Each of our employees take part in our Safety & Attendance Incentive Programs.  We are pleased to report a 100% compliance throughout our employee group which has directly been attributed to increased efficiencies and optimum operational performance.
